Our company prepares all kits within 3 business days.

Often, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.


Made to Order vs. Pre-Made

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship, or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.

Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment-ready while the made-to-order products may take 1-3 weeks to be created for you.

Handmade Disclaimer

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being handmade to order.

Care for your new knitted items (wool, alpaca, other animal fibers) by:

* Soaking in a no-rinse wool wash, such as Eucalan or Soak

* Gently squeezing item to remove water (do not twist or wring)

* Laying flat to dry on a clean towel

Cotton-blend items (e.g. washcloths) can be machine-washed and dried normally.

Your wool and animal-fiber blend product(s) can be damaged if:

* machine-washed in hot water

* agitated vigorously (this will cause wool to felt)

* dried in a clothing dryer on high heat

Our company ships using USPS.

International shipping

We happily support and love our international customers.

We ship all international products through USPS.

Kari’s Kits is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping.

These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

Cost calculations

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

* We offer free shipping internationally on all orders over $30.



We want you to be happy with your purchase and will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction.

Personalized and/or customized goods are normally exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

* Any item not in its original condition (damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error)

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
